1. Mechanical Engineer

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for oil field equipment structure design and support of the shop skid or other drilling rig components. This position will drive the design, development, and application of drilling rig packages as well as components for the company.
WORK REQUIREMENTS
Extensive knowledge of rig manufacturing with a minimum of 3 years experience in rig/rig component design, engineering and operation;
Execute analysis, design, test, or integration required to define and support assigned components, assemblies or systems that meet business standards and requirements for program/product;
Occasional travel as needed (approximately <10%);
Assist with product design or application as directed by supervisors;
Present technical data to internal and external customers; and
Provide customer, manufacturing, sales and field service technical support;
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Able to legally work full time in the US without sponsorship from the company;
Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree or related engineering discipline (ABET certified college or university preferred);
Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and internet;
Knowledge of Pro-Engineer or other 3-D modeling software. Oilfield related experience with Blow-out prevention equipment and controls systems preferred;
Ability to obtain passport and visas for international travel;
Knowledge using CAD software packages;
Ability to communicate effectively ;
Excellent oral/written communication skills ; and
Well developed presentation skills ;

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Responsible for payroll, accts receivable & payable, evaluate monthly expenses report & prep monthly forecasting, maintain financial journals, oversee acctg process improvement, evaluate & analyze the costs of the accomplished project, dvlp client budgets & forecasts, prep various General Ledger acct reconciliation on a monthly basis, prep quarterly review scheds & various annual & interim audit scheds for outside auditors, assist in operating plan/budget & corporate reporting & filing, allocate & control co's budgets & expenditure, & advise mgmt on maximizing efficiency of the co's financial & acctg operations.
3. Network and Computer Systems Administrator
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Maintains and Monitors data connectivity for local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN) systems in company and provides sufficient data service to other departments. Analyzes and troubleshoots the network logs and tracks the nature and resolution of problems. Be responsible in installing, configuring and updating necessary hardware/software applications, support logs and other related information. Maintains data server and encryption server, performs tape backup, analyzes, monitors, troubleshoots and resolves server problems. Keeps current regarding new hardware/software products for system enhancements. Establishes and maintains company user accounts, profiles, file sharing, access privileges and security. Monitors usage to ensure security of data and access. Provides coordinating, consulting, and training service to other departments.
REQUIREMENTS:
Require a B.S. in computer science with at least 5 years of experience.
